Here are the most frequently asked questions concerning credit rebuilding and credit repair.

Have we answered your questions satisfactorily?

1. Can I do it myself?

Of Course! You can learn to do anything for yourself. You can build your own home, be your own attorney, be your own doctor, etc….But unlike having to go to medical school, at many $1000’s and many years, for $67.00 we’ll show you how to repair your own credit SUCCESSFULLY!

2. How long will it take?

You should start seeing major results in 30 to 90 days. The entire process may take up to 1 year to get the best results possible. The progress of your case will depend on your participation, the nature of your case and the level of credit bureau cooperation.

3. How is this done?

You can take advantage of several consumer credit laws. They include The Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Privacy Act, Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Credit Repair Organizations Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Reporting Act. These were passed by Congress to help assure consumers the right of privacy and accuracy regarding how, when and what is reported by creditors and credit reporting agencies.

4. Is it legal?

Of course! The Federal Government enacted these laws for the purpose of protecting consumers against the intrusions of creditors, credit bureaus and collectors. Everything is done in accordance with these laws.

5. Can you remove student loans, bankruptcy, tax liens, judgments and collections?

Yes, virtually any item has the potential of being removed. Negative listings are deleted from peoples’ credit reports by the 1000’s each and every day. The proof is clear.

6. Is information you receive from me considered confidential?

Absolutely. No information pertaining to a client will be given to anyone outside of our service and its assigns without prior written permission of the client.

7. Can I remove or change any negative information, even if it is somewhat correct?

Yes. You can dispute any information, positive or negative, for inaccuracy, untimeliness, obsolescence, verification, etc…and have information updated or deleted. You do not have to prove the information is incorrect, the creditor has to prove that the information IS correct. All information must be 100% correct or it will be removed.

8. Does the law require negative items remain on my credit report for 7 to 10 years?

No, credit bureaus make up these rules. There is no law that a credit bureau must report any information on you for any minimum length of time. The law states the maximum amounts only.

9. Do I have to still pay my debts?

If you owe a creditor money, our program can do nothing about that and we do not advocate nonpayment of debts. That is completely between you and your creditor. When a negative credit report listing is deleted, the actual debt behind the listing remains the same. Removing a listing without having closure on the debt (paid, charged off, bankruptcy, etc….) is only a temporary solution.
